Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of DecorQuote, run by [BUSINESS NAME], [BUSINESS ADDRESS] ("we", "us"). Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL]. By creating an account and buying access you agree to them.
The service
DecorQuote is web-based software for independent event decorators and stylists. It helps you estimate costs and profit, create quotes, and organise bookings. We may improve, change or remove features over time and will try to avoid changes that reduce what you paid for.
Your account
You must give accurate details, keep your password confidential, and tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. Access is for you or your business only and may not be resold or shared.
Price and payment
Access to DecorQuote is a one-time payment of £14.99 (the launch price shown at checkout). It is not a subscription and we will not charge you again for the same access. Payment is taken by Stripe. Your access starts once Stripe has confirmed your payment to us, usually within moments. Our Refund Policy explains cancellations and refunds.
Estimates only
The costs, profit, margin and hourly figures DecorQuote shows are estimates based on the information you enter. They are not guarantees and are not financial, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for your own prices, quotes and business decisions.
Your content
You own the information you enter. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service, including showing quote details to the people you share a quote link with. You are responsible for making sure you may lawfully store your clients' details and for what you include on quotes.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, try to access other people's data, interfere with its security, use it for unlawful purposes, or upload material you have no right to use (including logos).
Availability
We aim to keep DecorQuote available and working, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may need to pause it for maintenance or security. Please keep your own copies of important quotes and records.
Ending your access
You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. A full refund ends your paid access as described in the Refund Policy.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breach, or for loss of profit or business opportunity, and our total responsibility to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example for legal or security reasons or when the service changes. We will update the date above and tell you about significant changes. Changes do not affect payments you have already made.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute (consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland keep any right to use their local courts).
